I’ll be giving workshops or speeches at 3 upcoming conferences in Trinidad, Jamaica and Barbados.
The Trinidad & Tobago Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (TTAIFA) will be hosting their Annual Sales Congress on 12th and 13th September 2005.

The Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) has invited me to speak at their conference on November 2-4. The Theme of the Conference is Service Excellence Through Management Excellence.
While I have an idea of what I’ll be speaking about, I’m still thinking about what I want to say exactly (usually the 72 hour window before the event is when the best ideas come.) My overall goal in both cases is to find something new and provocative to say that runs counter to everyday management thinking.
This speech will be given with Peter Hall, who is a Senior Vice President at FirstCaribbean Internaitonal Bank headquartered in Barbados. Peter is a client, and also a significant thought-partner of Framework Consulting.
