Two New Virtual Summits Planned for 2020

Next year we will be presenting our stakeholders with two great opportunities. We are conducting two virtual summits.

The first is related to productivity and is intended for a global audience.

The second is for the HR Community in the Caribbean.

More information will be provided to the public once it’s ready. Both are gearing up to be exciting gatherings of passionate people who care a lot about topics which are important to them.

Join a Productivity Summit

In a few weeks time I’ll be participating in a Productivity Summit. This is a virtual gathering of people interested in all things related to productivity and I’m helping out a bit behind the scenes.

During the event itself, I’ll be leading the productivity track, hosting a room of interactive learning activities, and also making a presentation myself.

Registration for those who can attend the event live (online) is free. It takes place on October 4th and 5th.

HRMATT and Other Updates

In June I presented at the HRMATT Conference.

The theme of the conference was “Disruptive HR” and my presentation focused on designing an “Assertive Blueprint” for HR Professionals.

I also announced a reboot later this year of CaribHRForum.

There’s a brief video available here from my speech. I plan to upload my own recording and make it available publicly at CaribHRForum, so please stay tuned.

Company News Update – May 2018

This is the first update of the year, but it’s not an indication that we haven’t been busy behind the scenes. Here is a short list of what we have been busy doing.

The Second Edition

After six months of hard work, I finally released the new version of my second book. In this update, I cover the transition I made in the last few years to the use of a new technology powered by AI and cloud capability: an auto-scheduler. This is the first book to chronicle this transformation.

At around the same time, the first edition was translated into French and a few months after, the second was published in Portuguese. A Spanish version has already been completed.

Plus, an audio version is in the final stages of editing. I narrated the entire book, and the result is a 10 hour deep dive that followers of this field should find to be interesting.

2017 Compilation

Each year, we assemble a compilation of articles published in major newspapers. It’s added to the list of prior content and offered as a single place to find all our publications related to Caribbean companies. Here’s this year’s offering – click on the image below if you haven’t received your complimentary copy.

Website Redesign

As you may have noticed, this website has undergone a significant redesign. This shift happens to reflect the way the firm has grown in the past several years.

Framework started as a company focused on Business Process Reengineering and culture change to North American clients. Over time, its work in the Caribbean grew to the point where it’s international work became the primary focus. As this happened, the problem of knowledge worker productivity grew in importance and became one of the two primary focuses of the company.

The site has been updated to reflect these twin areas and we hope it gives you a clearer picture of the work we do with our clients.

A Home for Total Task Schedulers

One of the big gaps I have found in the time-based productivity world is the lack of help in the area of Total Task Scheduling. (If you are a graduate of NewHabits Foundations you may recognize this persona as a Green Belt in Scheduling.)

This is being remedied.

I’m finally returning to a commitment I made when I finished my book to create such a space – and it will be launched soon in the form of Schedule U – A School for Scheduling Everything. At the moment it exists as a placeholder where you can sign up for early notification when it goes live.

You may know that I do work for SkedPal, an auto-scheduling program. However, there are other solutions out there in the world which perform a similar function, plus people who have no interest in using an app for this function. This website will serve everyone, regardless of the tools they use.

Upon its launch, it will occupy a unique space which is brand new, hopefully helping many who looking for assistance in this area. The primary offering will be a 12 day training called “A Course in Scheduling” which will be offered for free.
