She started her career as a College Academic Advisor who specialized in coaching, mentoring and advising non-traditional Higher Education College students. They comprised working adults who were starting or continuing their education while holding jobs and\/or having families. Since joining Framework Consulting Inc. in 2007 she has shifted her focus to serve corporate clients, using many of the same skills. Now her clients are changing themselves as they transform their organizations.<\/p>\n
She possesses a BA in International Relations, with a focus on Latin America & the Caribbean and an MA in Counselling.<\/p>\n
At the American Association of Medical Colleges she worked as the Communications Manager in an online Application Service environment known as ERAS & NRMP. At Kaplan University she designed behavior change programs to help improve retention for non-traditional local & international students.<\/p>\n
She now manages CaribHRForum and ScheduleU \u2013 two branded communities within
\nFramework Consulting Inc. They comprise international memberships of over one thousand people. Dale has co-hosted five Virtual Online Summits during 2020-2022, and manages a virtual team of volunteers who conduct webinars, member onboarding and engagement.<\/p>\n
Dale has co-facilitated more than twelve strategic planning retreats in the Caribbean region. She initiated the Framework study entitled \u201cThe Trinidadian Executive in Jamaica\u201d and the companion study, \u201cThe Jamaica Professional in Trinidad.\u201d She has participated in projects involving Strategic Planning, Cross Culture Change Management, Organizational Development, and Customer Service Training in countries across the Caribbean.<\/p>\n
Dale is a Trinidadian who migrated to North American as a child with her family and after thirty-five years in the US work experience and education. She works between Florida and\u00a0 Jamaica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
