To help streamline your retreat we offer a distraction-free discount. Essentially, it’s a reduction in fees we offer in exchange for meeting certain strict meeting protocols.
They are intended to improve the quality of the event, and ultimately the strategic plan, while helping us be more effective as facilitators.
During the major breaks in the retreat/meeting, we will provide you with a written report on the current status of the discount – at lunchtime on the first and second days, and at the close of the first day.
To claim the discount, participants must be advised of the protocol being followed via email before the meeting, and again at the start of each day.
You retain full responsibility for accomplishing either discount.
Full Discount: $75,000
– all small devices are placed in a basket kept at the back of the room while the meeting is in session. Large devices such as laptops are put away until needed.
Half Discount: $30,000
– all small devices are removed from work surfaces / tabletops while the meeting is in session and ringers are turned off. Large devices are put away until needed.
